AMAZING TRIP
I recently did Sundarijal-Nagarkot trek through Eyes on Nepal tours. The trip turned out to be amazing. Though it was a short trek from Kathmandu, I enjoyed walking through pristine and wild jungle and watching sunrise and mountain views from Nagarkot. I am thankful to my guide Janak, who was funny and always helpful. The trip ended with a visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, learning about history and Newari art and tasting Juju dhau or yoghurt. I highly recommend Eyes on Nepal for Nepal trip.
Memorable encounter that lasts for a lifetime
My encounter in Kathmandu with Angie and Siddharta was a fate of blessing. I was a solo female traveller, guided only by travelling tips from the internet. One of the main references that I used was Angie’s blog (Eyes on Nepal). They are very informative and down to earth. By pure luck, I met Siddharta in my hotel lobby and when I mentioned how I use Eyes on Nepal web as travelling guide, he invited me to have lunch with Angie! What a happy coincidence! It’s like meeting your favorite writer! 🙂
If this short yet memorable encounter was enough to fill me with joy and pleasure, I imagine taking a tour with Eyes on Nepal would be an amazing experience. Angie already gave me great advice and tips for my next visit. She knows the right moderate hiking trails most suitable for a clumsy city girl like me. I love the way she could easily sense my personal inclination. Thanks, Angie 🙂 Your sensibility will bring wonders to many. My great wishes for Eyes on Nepal. Can’t wait for my return to Kathmandu!
