Royal Trek is an easy trek from Pokhara. This trek was named after HRH Prince Charles of United Kingdom, trek through this trail in the early 1980s .This is a short treks that follow a shrub like path along the foothills of Annapurna.

You will be able to witness panoramic view of the highest Himalayas in Nepal. This includes the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu along with rural lifestyles. The Royal Trek is relatively at a low-altitude and is an ideal trek for anyone who are of short time but want a trekking experience.

The trail pass through various ethnic villages rich in diverse culture. It is an awesome opportunity to interact with locals and get some insights about their culture, customs, traditions and lifestyles. And the best part, you don’t have to worry about altitude sickness at all. Royal trek is a flavorful yet challenging experience.

Day 1: Pokhara - Shourya (827m)

Day 1: Pokhara - Shourya (827m)

Highlights: Amazing views of snow-peaked mountains.

08.00am: Pick up from hotel in Pokhara to Kaunkhola. NOTE: 30 minutes’ drive.

08.30am: Arrive at Kaunkhola. We will start the trek to Kalisthasthan. NOTE: This is a 2-hours uphill trek. During the trek, you will see the Annapurna range of mountains to the north, and on the south you will see the Begnas and Rupa Lake.

11.30am: Arrive in Kalisthasthan (1370m). We will have a break here for lunch.

12.30pm: Continue to the trek to Shourya Bazar (local market). NOTE: This trek will take 2.5 hours. During this trek, you will see a lot of small local houses, and a small village. We will go slowly so that you’ll have time to take photos.

04.00pm: Arrive at Shourya. Overnight in homestay. Welcome drink. Rest & relax.

06.00pm: Dinner in the homestay. Rest & relax.

Day 2: Shourya (826m) - Tarkan

08.00am: Breakfast. After breakfast we depart to Lipenee Village. NOTE: This trek will take 3 hours. 1.5 hour downhill, and 1.5 hour uphill.

11.00am: Arrive at Lipenee. Lunch at Lipenee.

12.00pm: Continue the trek to Tarkan. NOTE: This is a 2.5 hours trek.

03.00pm: Arrive at Tarkan. Overnight in homestay. Free & easy time where you can visit the local villages nearby to observe their culture and take photos.

06.00pm: Dinner at homestay. Rest and relax after dinner.

Day 3: Tarkan - Kaundanda

08.00am: Breakfast. After breakfast we depart to Yanjakot.

NOTE:

The trek will take about 3 hours.
Yanjakot is an old village with a view of Madi River.

11.00am: Arrive at Yanjakot. Lunch in Yanjakot.

12.00pm: After lunch, we continue to the trek to Sabi. NOTE: This will be a downhill trek for 2 hours.

02.00pm: Arrive at Sabi. Tea break.

02.30pm: We will cross the Madi River and uphill trek to Kaundanda. NOTE: The trek will take 2.5 hour.

05.00pm: Arrive in Kaundanda. Overnight in Kaundanda. 06.00pm: Dinner in the hotel. After dinner, rest & relax.

Day 4: Kaundanda - Pokhara

Highlights: Back to Pokhara. Enjoy the city lifestyle

09.00am: Breakfast. Depart to Kaunkhola after breakfast. NOTE: This will be a 3-hour downhill trek. During the trek you will enjoy views of difference villages and mountains.

01.00pm: Arrive at Kaunkhola, and drive back to Pokhara. You will arrive at your hotel in Pokhara after a 30-minute drive.

Pick up from your hotel in Pokhara and transfer to trek starting point. Pick up from trek ending point and transfer to your hotel in Pokhara.

Time schedules in the itinerary are for reference. Changes of time and schedule will be advised by your tour guide depending on the situation, weather conditions, and road conditions during the tour.
Customers have to write in email for confirmation.
Payment phases:
- 50% upon Confirmation,
- 50% upon Pick up from your hotel.
Please note that the itineraries are subject to change. The schedule will always depend on the time available and weather conditions. Some of them can be cancelled without prior notice. There will be no refund upon cancellation if the guest does not keep to the agreed upon time, or if there are bad weather conditions.
Any request for changes will be charged accordingly.

If you are satisfied with our itinerary and quotation, kindly send us your confirmation via email.
We will then issue the Confirmation Order and Invoice to you.
Following this, you should make a 50% deposit to us via PayPal or to our bank account.
50% deposit will be paid by your side via either PayPal or bank in to our Nepal Company account. The remaining amount can be deposited after arriving in Nepal.
We will issue the official payment receipt to you once we receive the payment.
