    CANCELLATION POLICY

    In case of cancellation of mountain flight due to bad weather/low visibility, the flight charge is fully refundable. This is also applicable if the airlines company cancels the flight due to technical or other problems in the airplane. However, if a passenger cancels the flight due to personal reason, a 10 % cancellation charge will be levied. Request for cancellation must be provided 24-hour prior of the flight timing by email, phone, or office visit. For any cancellation request received 12 hrs prior, a 50% cancellation charge will be applicable. Please note that USD 20 dollar will be charged for any cancellation in lieu of transportation booking and arrangements.
