The flight lands at the airstrip of Lukla Airport for refueling, then fly over Namche, Tyangboche, Gokyo, and finally land at Kalapathar at an elevation of 5550m.
From Kalapathar, one can see Mt. Everest up-close and personal. You will fly back to Syangboche for a breakfast at Everest View Hotel, the highest mountain in the world before heading back to Kathmandu.

Trip to Mt. Everest base camp is a dream of every traveler who visit Nepal. Below is detail of the itinerary
5:30 – 6:30 AM: Hotel pick up and transfer to the Kathmandu domestic airport. Check-in at airlines counter and wait for flight boarding. You will attend a brief instruction about the flight
7:00 – 8:00 AM: Fly to Lukla (2,845 meters) enjoying aerial views of valleys, snow-capped mountains, Lamjura-La Pass (3,550) before landing at Lukla. Some of the mountains you will witness are Langtang Lirung (7,234m), Gauri Shankar (7,134m), Ganesh (7,429m), Shishapangma (8,013m), Gyachung Kang (7,952m), Pumori (7,161m), Nuptse (7,855m), Lhotse (8,516m), and Ama Dablam (6,812m).
8: 00 – 8:15 AM: After 45 minutes you will land at Lukla. Helicopter will spend next 15 minutes defueling.
8:15 – 8:30 AM: Contiue your flight from Lukla to Kala Patthar (5,450 meters). The helicopter will fly over Namche, Tyangboche, Sagarmatha National Park, Dingboche, Pheriche to Kalapathar.
8:30 – 8:45 AM: Stopover at Kala Patthar up to 10 minutes. Enjoy magnificent views of Everest, Lhotse, Pumori, Island Peak and Khumbu Glacier
8:45 – 9:00 AM: Fly from Kalapathar to Everest View Hotel in Syangboche. (3,950 meters). Everest View Hotel is world’s highest hotel offering stunning panorama of mountains including Everest range.
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Enjoy warm breakfast at Everest View Hotel while taking in the delightful view of mountains
9:30 – 10:00 AM: Fly from Everest View hotel to Lukla where the helicopter will briefly lay over for around 15 minutes for refueling.
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Once you land at Kathmandu domestic airport, we will pick you up and transfer you back to hotel.
