    • Unexpected expenses (Expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Eyes on Nepal such as natural calamities, mishaps or accident)

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation policy is only applicable to package tariffs. The cancellation charge will be against the total package cost after deducting non-refundable expenses such as permits, transportation costs, airfare expenses that have been paid as part of the trip.
    • If you cancel your trip 30 days prior to the program start date, 15% cancellation fees of the total package cost will be charged.
    • Any cancelation made 15 days prior to the program start date, 30% cancellation fees of the total package cost will be charge.
    • If you cancel your trip 1 week prior to the program start date, 50% cancellation fees of the total package cost will be charge.
    • cancelation made less than one week prior to the program start date, it will be deemed as no show and hence no refund will be made.
    • You must notify us about cancellation through writing via email.

    MEALS DURING THE TRIP

    Hygienic, fresh and warm meal will be provided .Especially, organic food will be served to the traveler. 

     Yogic veg Meal such as: Rice, curry, salad, green vegetable are the common dishes for lunch and dinner. 

    ACCOMMODATION

    Clean and comfortable accommodation with attached toilet bathroom is available during this three day yoga retreat in Nepal.  Hot shower is available everyday.

    HEALTH & SAFETY

    Hygiene food, proper rest, well plan itinerary, schedule and balanced diet will help to keep bodies fit and healthy. It is must to drink over 3 liters of water.

    03.30pm – 04.30pm:        Sauna or Steam followed by herbal tea and rest

    05.00pm – 06.45pm:        Bhakti Yoga (prayer chant), Surya Namaskar (Spinal Asana), Pranayama (breathing exercise), Bhandha and Shanti path (Peace Mantra)

    07.00pm – 08.00pm:        Yogic dinner followed by rest

    06.30am – 07.00am:         Nasal cleaning (Jala Neti) followed by herbal tea

    07.00am – 09.00am:         Warm-up exercise and then practice Yoga such as Bhakti Yoga (prayer chant), Surya Namaskar (Spinal Asana), Pranayama (breathing exercise), Bhandha and Shanti path (Peace Mantra)

    09.00am – 10.00am:         Yogic breakfast with herbal tea

    10.00am – 01.00pm:         Therapy session include Ayurveda oil massage and followed by refresh
