1. If you are satisfied with our itinerary and quotation, kindly send us your confirmation via email.
2. We will then issue the Confirmation Order and Invoice to you.
3. Following this, you should make a 50% deposit to us via PayPal or to our bank account.
4. 50% deposit will be paid by your side via either PayPal or bank in to our Nepal Company account. The remaining amount can be deposited after arriving in Nepal.
5. We will issue the official payment receipt to you once we receive the payment.

What is the best season for Nagarkot Trek? The best seasons for trekking in Nepal are spring (Mar-May) and Autumn (Sep-Nov).

Can I go Nagarkot Trek in the months of June, July and August? You can do this in the months of June, July and August. You need to be very lucky to have beautiful views of Himalayas.

Are the food / water safe to eat / drink during the Nagarkot Trek? Food and drink are all pre-planned before your trip. We only recommend guest houses and lodges along the trek that prepare healthy cuisine and use mineral water or boiled water throughout our trek.

What do I need to bring? For Nagarkot Trek, we advise you to bring caps, sunscreen lotion, a pair of sunglasses, a water bottle, and comfortable slippers or shoes. You are advised to a bring jacket or warm sweaters during the winter, while tees and shorts for the summer is sufficient. A raincoat will come in handy during the monsoon period too.
