One stop for Yoga and meditation
I didn’t know you could do yoga and meditation in Kathmandu until it was suggested to me by Siddartha. I was fortunate to have Dr. Chintamani who is an expert in yoga, offer an individual session. His yoga center is located right near Nagarkot which is just an hour’s drive from Kathmandu. His teaching techniques are fantastic. I spent 4 days in various yoga and meditative activities and experienced ayurvedic spa & message, Shirodhara, steam, sauna and singing bowl healing.
Please visit Siddartha at his office(Eyes On Nepal) in Thamel.
4 days of awesome Yoga in the Himalayas
Me and my mate had an awesome time learning yoga in Kathmandu. We spent 4 days in a peaceful environment, meditating and doing pranayama, asana, shirodhara session. The staff at the yoga center was very professional and kind. Rooms were clean and food was delicious and organic.
I would like to shout out to Siddartha from Eyes on Nepal for his superb arrangement. He made sure we had no difficulty getting to and from the yoga center. He organized everything quickly and very professionally. I definitely recommend Siddartha and his company for all your travel needs in Nepal.
