Yoga was rejuvenating and refreshing
After completing our wonderful Everest trek, we were looking for an activity to relax and rejuvenate our minds. Thankfully we went along with the idea of doing 3 days Yoga and meditation retreat. Located just about an hour away from Kathmandu, the Yoga center is peacefully located in the middle of jungle. The food and rooms were excellent during our stay in the retreat. I wish we had more days to do yoga. I would like to thank Eyes on Nepal for this unique experience.
Great yoga session
I am happy to write about my short yoga experience in Nepal. Spending time in a yoga retreat not far from Kathmandu was ideally suited as I love peace and tranquility. My yoga guru made every effort to make yoga and meditation easy and provided one-to-one lesson. I recommend Nepal Yoga academy to every one. I Can’t wait to be back again!
